The size of the mark ※ can be directly connected with a steel pipe.
- It is lightweight due to being made by the resin.of the weight of metal couplings.
- Allowable pressure of LINE ACE with which SHIMETAC is connected is equal to that of the hose only.
- Attaching and detaching work of the couplings on the job site is easy.
- It doesn't rust due to being made by the resin.
- Has a high durability. (Proven upon the repeating pressure test) SHIMETAC was installed at both ends of LINE ACE placed in a straight form, and then 0-0.5MPa pressure was repeatedly applied to them in every 20 seconr-cars.Result：100,000 times for all sizes, with no trouble.
- Nominal Dia. of 38, 50, 65, 75 and 100mm are available.
(Note)PT Nipple made of the resin is available only in sizes of 38 and 50mm. - Besides the newly released PT Nipple and S Collar Nipple (both made of plastic), Nipple with JIS10KF (made of iron or SUS), M1 Nipple, S-Collar Nipple, G-Collar Nipple and Both Mouth Nipple (made of iron) are available as special order items.
